Rising Light is our community

outreach program.

Our wonderful traveling group of volunteers, educators and spiritual leaders travel

to music festivals and other events to provide

interactive classes, WOKE & PLAYshops, as we call them, focused on happy, creative, healthy, natural living and environmental regeneration.

We have joined forces with Little Tree Homestead Nursery to provide organic food production education, Earth Skills at Pinellas County Community Gardens.

By joining forces, we seek to jump start
St. Pete local community gardens by providing well established plant starts and bringing in teachers to teach classes at these sites

Visit Little Tree Homestead's. They sell and donate organic vegetable seedlings, herbs, fruit trees, and edible perennials.

They take pride in having plants that thrive in our Florida climate and sell plants that are appropriate for the current season they’re purchased in.

We’re in the beginning processes of seeking grants and donations to empower this vision.

at Orange Blossom Jamboree 2022

The class will start off with 5 minutes of meditation followed by a 45 minute series of Hatha, ashtanga and kundalini postures. The class will finish off with 25 minutes of toning through the seven chakras along with a set of chakra singing bowls, intention setting and a powerful breath called the transformational breath before an ending meditation.

Experience the musical artistry of world musician, Nathan Dyke. Nathan is a multi instrumentalist and artist with many years in applied vibrational healing, incorporating the sounds and frequencies of many of the world's ancient instruments.
As you connect with the exotic, hypnotic sounds of the didgeridoo, native flutes, drums, voice, and percussion, you begin to experience a feeling of deep peace that is calming, centering and grounding, even taking you into ancient recollections of another time.

Join Renee as she leads us in a cacao ceremony and teaches us about the benefits of cacao. For centuries, cacao has been used to heal the mental, physical, and spiritual body. It's renowned for releasing dopamine and endorphins in the body, mood boosting and pain reducing chemicals. Cacao contains anandamide, which is known as the bliss molecule.

Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are.

It’s also a wonderful time to give ourselves mental and physical space and peace. You get to switch off, and retreat inwards, helping you to learn more about yourself, and gain clarity on where you are and where you’re headed.

In this class, we will tune into our bodies and flow, meditate, dance!
The class begins with a meditation where we tune inwards and open the space for the body to receive the movement it truly needs/wants. We then move through a yoga flow giving the opportunity to move freely in any poses that feels good for you! Then we will end with intuitive dance where eyes are closed and I hold space for everyone to move however they wish in an open, judgement free space.

In this workshop we will explore the healing arts of sacred music and movement. We will tap into the energy of the universe and channel this energy, using musical vibrations along with ancient dance techniques. We will begin with a grounding meditation and then work through each of the seven chakras, awakening our Kundalini. This transformational journey of sacred sound and dance will leave you feeling inspired, centered, energized and in touch with the divine spirit and passion within.
Astarte Tzighan has studied and performed a variety of different dance styles from Ballet to Middle Eastern and contemporary. She is currently offering classes and workshops in Sacred Dance as a way to explore dance as a spiritual practice and honor the divine within.
Nathan Dyke is a multi instrumentalist and artist with a passion for sharing indigenous and intentional music. He travels facilitating workshops, concerts and for the practice of Harmonic Healing.

Stinging yourself on purpose? Yes! Bee Sting Therapy has been widely used as a complementary and alternative therapy for 3000 years. A growing number of evidence has demonstrated the anti-inflammation, the anti-apoptosis, the anti-fibrosis and the anti-arthrosclerosis effects of bee venom therapy. With these pharmaceutical characteristics, bee venom therapy has also been used as the therapeutic method in treating rheumatoid arthritis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, liver fibrosis, atherosclerosis, pain and others.

Close out the weekend with Raychel and Marissa and their "Laughter Yoga" class. Laughter yoga involves a series of movement and breathing exercises to promote deliberate laughter.

It’s used as a remedy for physical, psychological, and spiritual ailments, as advocates believe that intentional (simulated) laughter can provide benefits equal to those of spontaneous laughter (e.g., laughing at a joke).

Mandala Springs

In August of 2024, we visited Mandala Springs in Barnardsville, North Carolina. Rob Lenfesty, the steward of this land, purchased this land in a trust with others in 2017. Rob is an educator and innovator in the world of radical, creative, self-empowerment. Currently there are 12 permanent residents and 10> temporary volunteers at any given time. Renters commit to a certain number of hours + rent. Many of the members work off site and a few work entirely on the land. This 67-
